Refund policy
MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION
After your order has been placed, you have 12 hours to contact our customer support team at Support@MavoGift.com to request order modifications (including size changing, color modification, change of address) or cancellation. Our system works automatically, within 12 hours the order will be automatically sent to the production department. To ensure the stable operation of the system, we will not support to modify order information after this time. And within 24 hours since our support team contact about order modifications, if you don't answer, the system will process automatically.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At MavoGift, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help. We accept return and exchange requests within 30 days after the product has been delivered. If 30 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer a return, exchange, or refund.
Returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted in the following situations:
- The item arrives damaged or defective.
- The wrong item, size, color, or design was sent due to our mistake.
- The item is materially different from the product shown on our website.
Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted in the following situations:
- The return request is submitted more than 30 days after delivery.
- The item has been used, washed, damaged, or is not in its original condition.
- The customer ordered the wrong item, size, color, or design.
- The customer provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
- The item was damaged due to improper use, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
General Return Process

Initiate a Return:
Please email us at Support@MavoGift.com with photos and/or videos of the items and provide your order number. -
Return Instructions:
Once we receive your request, we will process it within 1-3 business days and provide the return address and instructions. -
Ship the Item Back:
If your return is accepted, we will provide the return address. Please send the return with a traceable shipping method. -
Refund or Exchange:
We will inspect the item within 1-3 business days after receiving it and either issue a refund or send a replacement.
RETURN SHIPPING FEE
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the product shown on our website.
- If the return is due to our mistake, such as a wrong item, defective item, or damaged item, we will provide a solution such as a replacement, exchange, or refund.
REFUND (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
REFUND PROCESSING (if applicable):
Please contact our Customer Support Teams at Support@MavoGift.com with full evidence, we will strive the best to make it right. As soon as evidence verified by us, Reshipment & Refund can be arranged within 7 days.
The refund will go back to your account in 5-10 business days, depending on your bank’s progress.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at Support@MavoGift.com.
